Over her 30 years in practice, Christina has built up a formidable reputation in corporate and commercial transactions including in the areas of complex real estate matters, complex leases and tenancies, mergers, acquisitions and private equity.
She advises on all stages of corporate deals from structuring and, negotiations, advising on regulatory compliance, and to handling the drafting and documentation. Her legal advice has paved the way to the successful closing of many transactions. And even after a transaction has been completed, the effectiveness of her advice is apparent in the ensuing smooth post-closing process.
Her corporate and commercial expertise is also brought into the litigation arena by advising on corporate litigation matters such as shareholders dispute, rights of minority owners, and breaches of contract and fiduciary duties. Aside from this, in consulting many business families, she also assists her clients in estate planning and trust matters.
Christina is a strong partner to her clients. She has been the chosen legal advisor to many of her clients for decades, guiding them through their legal issues and helping their businesses grow from strength to strength.
