Siew Pen’s legal practice mainly consists of corporate matters which includes, but not limited to, complex corporate restructuring, major conveyancing matters, mergers and acquisition (M&A), joint ventures, sale and purchase of shares in private limited companies, new listing of public companies on the Main Market, Ace Market and Leap Market of Bursa Malaysia, corporate and commercial banking and cross border transactions.
She has aided clients in structuring new businesses, joint ventures and financing for development projects. Siew Pen is well versed in real estate transactions in Malaysia, in line with the local rules and regulations, as well as, in advising and acting for the management and developers of multi-storey buildings and shopping complexes.
Her 19 years of exposure to different markets, culture and environment, coupled with her negotiation skills, provides a comprehensive understanding and provision of best solutions in executing and closing of complex and major corporate issues with ease. Being multi-lingual and having good communication skills enables her to effectively communicate at different levels and build long term business.
