Prithviraj Singh Sachdev was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2008, prior to which he read law at the University of Wales, Cardiff and was admitted as a Barrister at Law at Lincoln’s Inn. In Malaysia, he commenced legal practice in SKRINE, taking on commercial matters of substantial value with leaders in the fields of corporate and construction dispute resolution.
In his career he has had the benefit of legal exposure in key developed and developing markets. Furthermore, he has extensive commercial experience in global and regional trade.
Prith presently attends to his clients’ corporate transactions and resolving their commercial disputes. His speciality lies in being a close partner to his clients and planning a comprehensive strategy to achieve their objectives for the specific challenge faced. His clients have commented that he is a detailed ally, providing invaluable support and counsel in the pursuit of their goals.
He is also active in the nascent area of sports law and possesses a Diploma in Sports Arbitration from the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). Prith sits on committees of various distinguished associations in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor. In 2017 he was appointed as the youngest member of the Disciplinary Panel of the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) where he serves to date.
