Prith graduated with a Bachelors of Law from Cardiff University, in the United Kingdom. He was called to the bar in the UK, and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.

He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2008 and commenced legal practice in the Construction and Arbitration unit at one of Malaysia’s largest firm, Skrine, taking on construction and commercial matters.

Prith possesses a Diploma in Sports Arbitration from the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). He sits on the Disciplinary Committee of the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) and also on committees of several associations in Kuala Lumpur.

Prith joined CCLC in 2022 and assists his clients by providing advisory for their commercial transactions and disputes.
